Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Productions Manager to manage daily operations at our Hathijan sheet metal workshop. You will coordinate sheet metal shearing, CNC bending, TIG welding, polishing, assembly, and quality verification workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of CNC machine operators, weld specialists, and assembly helpers to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Implement and enforce strict workshop safety standards and ensure clean room layout segregation to avoid material cross-contamination.
- Monitor quality control metrics, ensuring all finished surfaces satisfy the specified roughness values (Ra).
- Manage production schedules and resources to deliver large pharmaceutical projects within approved timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on workshop management experience, ideally in stainless steel sheet metal fabrications.
- Familiarity with sheet metal machine parameters, and basic maintenance of press brakes and laser cutting equipment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills.
