Built for Industrial Scale and Precision
RARA's main manufacturing facility is located in the industrial hotspot of Hathijan, Ahmedabad. Spanning a modern fabrication workshop, our plant is fully equipped with contemporary tools, high-capacity machinery, and specialized sheet metal welding equipment.
Our setup allows us to manage end-to-end processing of heavy and light-gauge stainless steel. By operating raw cutting, bending, assembly, welding, and polishing stages in segregated bays, we prevent cross-contamination and guarantee a cGMP-compliant surface finish.
Workshop Capabilities
01 Cutting & Shearing
Equipped with high-precision fiber laser cutting systems and hydraulic shearing machines to handle up to 6mm thickness stainless steel sheets with absolute dimensional tolerance.
02 CNC Bending
Press brakes with CNC controls enable multi-stage bending of locker frames, table panels, and complex animal housing structures, minimizing the need for visible joint welds.
03 Welding & Joining
Specialized Argon (TIG) and MIG welding stations. Our experienced fabricators create smooth, continuous joints that eliminate crevices where dust and bacteria could accumulate.
04 Surface Polishing
Automated belt grinders and manual buffing stations to produce precise finishes, including 240-grit satin finish, mirror finish, and electropolished surfaces for process vessels.
05 Clean Assembly Area
A separate, dust-free enclosure for assembling clean room devices (such as Laminar Air Flow units and Pass Boxes) and installing high-efficiency HEPA filters and fan blowers.
06 Testing & Dispatch
Dedicated inspection floor where every product is checked for structural integrity, roughness (Ra value), air velocity, filter leakage, and carefully packed with protective coatings.
